PAMSS stands for Postal Address Management Service Suppliers. It is an address grading and checking service provided by SAPO (South African Postal Office) or by Service Suppliers whereby a certificate is issued to clients with an address quality between 97% and 100%. These clients then qualify for rebates at the Postal Office when sending out bulk mail.

Firstly, your company’s data need to be cleansed and validated by a PAMSS so that the quality of the data is between 97% and 100%. Once this quality is attained, a certificate showing a summary of your company’s data is, issued. This certificate can then be presented at SAPO to qualify for rebates for bulk mailing.
